Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed because we start baking fresh batches quickly.
Because our products are perishable and handmade, we do not accept returns once delivered. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
Refunds are approved only for confirmed quality issues and are processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
